Overview In this hybrid Data Integration Architect role, you will lead the DCIM initiative for the DoS IRM and architect data solutions across enterprise systems. You'll translate requirements into schemas, data models, and integrations that enable secure, reliable data flows. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and support cybersecurity/ATO requirements. This position offers impact at the intersection of data architecture, integration, and government IT systems, shaping how data supports mission-critical decisions.
Responsibilities- Prototype and implement data schemas
- Create database objects (tables, views, functions, stored procedures, jobs)
- Connect to diverse data sources for read/import/export
- Develop scripts to transform/combine data
- Evaluate and enforce data integrity
- Visualize data for stakeholders
- Integrate data into frontend applications
- Create flat files
- Implement and secure applications
- Support cybersecurity requirements (ATO)
Key requirements- 10 years IT experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Information Management or related technical field; or 5 additional years of IT experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years in configuration management of IT network and server systems
- 3+ years analyzing network management performance and capacity data
- 5+ years software development experience, at least 3 in a Windows environment (.NET Framework, C#, Visual Basic, PowerShell)
- 5+ years experience with a relational DBMS (Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Database)
- US Citizenship with Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
