Associate, Infrastructure Project Advisory (Construction/Engineering)

Overview

In this role you will support advisory services for large capital infrastructure projects, focusing on improving construction management and internal controls. You will work with cross-functional teams to assess project performance, prepare analyses, and present actionable recommendations. Your work helps ensure accurate project oversight, compliance, and efficient delivery in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
  • Review and improve construction management processes and internal controls
  • Assist with construction contract reviews, compliance audits, and project oversight for large capital projects
  • Define and implement recommendations on policies, procedures, roles, reporting, and supporting IT
  • Conduct project reviews on completion percentage, change orders, schedule delays, and productivity losses
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to collect data, analyze findings, and create reports and presentations
Key requirements
  • Minimum one year of field construction management or construction advisory experience on large capital projects
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
  • Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, CCM, CPA, AIA are preferred
  • Knowledge of construction phases, scheduling, cost estimating, procurement, quality management, and closeout
  • Experience with project management information systems and data analysis tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and travel willingness
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
