Overview In this role, you will own the measurement parity initiative across Amazon Advertising, driving a multi-year strategy to unify measurement capabilities across products, locales, and interfaces. You will align cross-functional teams to close coverage gaps and deliver a consistent experience for advertisers worldwide. You'll lead complex, multi-team programs spanning measurement science, ad tech engineering, and data infrastructure, with a focus on scalability and operational excellence. This position offers impact at scale within the Measurement, Ad Tech, and Data Science organization, shaping how advertisers measure and compare advertising effectiveness.

Responsibilities- Define the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap to achieve measurement parity across ad products, locales, supply types, verticals, and interfaces
- Conduct gap analyses across product, locale, supply, vertical, and interface dimensions and prioritize with leadership
- Lead cross-functional programs spanning measurement science, ad tech engineering, data infrastructure, product management, and international expansion
- Serve as central liaison between measurement product teams, ad product owners, and customer-facing tool teams; align at VP/SVP levels on parity goals and investments
- Establish parity scorecards, dashboards, and reporting to track coverage, progress, and blockers
- Develop deep understanding of measurement methodologies and data pipelines to identify risks and constraints
- Advocate for advertiser needs by ensuring consistent measurement irrespective of engagement channel
- Drive operational mechanisms (WBRs, reviews, escalation paths) to maintain velocity and mentor senior TPMs
Key requirements- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience designing or architecting scalable and reliable systems
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Preferred: 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects
- Stakeholder alignment and influence at senior levels
- Strong communication and presentation skills
