Responsibilities- Lead mechanical design efforts from concept through prototype, testing, DFMA, production, and ongoing improvement
- Develop innovative, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for new and existing products
- Participate in Customer Backed Innovation (CBI) initiatives to transform customer insights into product solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, technicians, manufacturing, service, and suppliers to develop and launch products
- Resolve manufacturing, supplier quality, and field performance challenges while driving continuous improvement
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of mechanical engineering experience
