Overview In this role you will support the Americas East Real Estate portfolio, driving strategic analytics and senior-level advisory. You'll synthesize complex data into executive-ready narratives to inform workforce and location planning and portfolio decisions. The position is high-profile, demanding strong executive presence and rapid problem solving in a dynamic environment. You'll work closely with the Region Head and cross-functional teams to shape strategic initiatives and reporting at scale.

Responsibilities- Produce routine and ad-hoc management reporting and present findings to senior management
- Perform quantitative analyses to support decisions, process improvements, and strategic planning
- Run meetings with clear goals, pre-reads, outcomes, and follow-through across stakeholders
- Distill complex problems into clear narratives and impactful presentations with data visualization
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing and adapting to changing business needs
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in business management, corporate strategy, management consulting, or a chief of staff role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive insights
- Strategic thinking with methodical execution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence senior leaders
- Self-motivated, independent worker
- Experience supporting senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Databricks (and related tools)
