Overview In this role you support the Project Superintendent in day-to-day construction activities on multi-family projects. You'll help manage site activities, safety, quality, and documentation while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors. You will ensure plans, specs, and codes are followed and contribute to project closeout. The position offers growth in site leadership and exposure to field operations and project management. This is a hands-on, safety driven role with a focus on timely, quality delivery.

Responsibilities- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors as directed by the Superintendent
- Keep job sites clean and machines serviced; maintain tools and equipment
- Ensure project documentation (RFIs, daily reports, punch lists) is complete
- Conduct general jobsite safety inspections and track jobsite plans and addendums
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment per standards and legal regs
- Schedule trades under supervision of the Superintendent
- Attend jobsite meetings and assist with project close-out
- Organize and maintain jobsite files
- Monitor compliance with building and safety codes during inspections
Key requirements- Graduate from a four-year college/university with major coursework in construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Experience in multi-family, wood framing, structural concrete, and construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Client management and goodwill building ability
- Leadership and ability to motivate and raise team morale
- Ability to read and interpret plans (A/E/C)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and MS Project
- Experience with Prolog or similar Project Management Software (a plus)
