Senior Full Stack Product Engineer

Overview

In this role you own customer and business outcomes across full-stack initiatives, embedding with cross-functional pods to ship end-to-end solutions that impact metrics. You'll work on frontend React interfaces and backend Node.js/Python services on AWS, delivering rapid, valuable product iterations while applying sound judgment on what to build, improve, or retire. You'll engage directly with customers, shaping product direction and championing security and data privacy. This is a high-ownership, impact-focused position with AI-enabled workflows and a strong emphasis on scaling products and platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Own outcome-driven work across teams and deployments, designing, shipping, and measuring impact
  • Stay close to customers by shadowing sales/support and guiding technical decisions with customer reality
  • Own interfaces, reliability, performance, and security for your domain, including on-call duties
  • Build and scale product surfaces and underlying platform (React UI, Node.js/Python services, APIs, data pipelines)
  • Architect and evolve AI-assisted workflows and tooling to unlock product value
  • Mentor teammates in product sense and judgment; write decision memos and ADRs
  • Enable self-serve capabilities for Product and Design teams
  • Prototype rapidly and descope to the cheapest viable solution
  • Embed with unfamiliar teams/codebases and leave them better than you found them
Key requirements
  • Track record of end-to-end shipping and owning outcomes
  • Strong product judgment and ability to challenge specs and propose minimal experiments
  • Deep full-stack expertise with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, modern CSS; Node.js and Python backends; RESTful APIs
  • Cloud and data-pipeline depth with AWS services and batch/workflow orchestration
  • Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to translate wireframes into user-centric journeys
  • Security mindset and experience with handling sensitive data and compliance
  • Experience building AI-assisted workflows and using AI-native tools with critical judgment
  • Clear written and verbal communication; mentorship experience
