You translate mission needs into product roadmaps, align stakeholders across product, engineering, and customers, and guide execution from concept to adoption. You bring deep distributed-systems expertise and executive-level collaboration to deliver scalable, secure solutions in resource-constrained environments. Responsibilities- Serve as the primary executive interface with customers to translate mission requirements into roadmap priorities
- Drive cross-organizational alignment across product, engineering, sales and partners to deliver integrated solutions
- Coordinate across product, program, engineering, hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to manage requirements and delivery of AWS security features worldwide
- Assess risks, anticipate issues, perform trade-off decisions, and manage cost and schedule to meet adoption goals and customer commitments
- Represent program status to senior leadership and influence technical decisions and operational excellence
- Own planning and execution of a new service, participate in architecture decisions, and present to Senior/Executive leadership
- Collaborate with software developers, networking engineers, product managers and other organizations to deliver new services and features
Key requirements- 10+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years working directly with engineering teams
- 5+ years software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
- Experience with security of web services, cryptography, network security protocols and OS security
- Experience with architecture and influencing senior stakeholders
