Overview In this role you will validate next-generation power management solutions within a cross-functional team. You'll develop and execute validation strategies, perform system-level testing, and drive root-cause analysis to meet functional, performance, and reliability targets. You will work on cutting-edge power architectures used in automotive, AI, servers, and cloud infrastructure, contributing to silicon readiness and release-to-market activities. Responsibilities- Develop and execute system validation plans covering functional, electrical, system, reliability, and application requirements
- Design and implement validation methodologies, measurement techniques, and test systems for new products
- Perform hands-on lab validation, characterization, and debug of silicon and system platforms
- Develop automated test solutions using Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools
- Create validation hardware, test fixtures, and supporting circuitry
- Validate functionality, protection features, telemetry, interfaces, power sequencing, fault handling, and system performance
- Conduct electrical characterization across operating conditions (voltage, load, temperature, transient)
- Analyze data, identify root causes, collaborate with Design, Product Engineering, Applications, Firmware, and ATE teams to resolve issues
- Support silicon bring-up and contribute to release to market readiness
- Document results, generate technical reports, and present findings to project teams and management
- Contribute to continuous improvement of validation methodologies and test automation
Key requirements- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, power electronics, system validation, or hardware development
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit fundamentals
- Experience with oscilloscopes, electronic loads, logic analyzers, and signal/spectrum analyzers
- Experience troubleshooting complex hardware and silicon-related issues
