Overview As a Legal extern you will support FINRA Enforcement attorneys, investigators, and management in investigating compliance with federal securities laws and FINRA/MSRB rules. You will conduct legal research, drafting, document review, and help staff prepare for on-the-record testimony. You may observe interviews and settlement negotiations and participate in trainings and departmental meetings. This role offers exposure to regulatory investigations and a path toward developing practical enforcement and securities law experience within a national regulator.
