Overview In this role you own and shape the operational elements of the enterprise Risk Program, acting as a trusted advisor to drive effective risk and compliance processes. You will partner with business leaders to anticipate trends, assess operational losses, and ensure remediation actions are sound. Responsibilities- Lead the operational components of the enterprise Risk Framework
- Oversee risk processes: training, policy/documentation, governance, reporting, risk escalation
- Own risk issue management lifecycle including remediation planning and risk acceptance
- Provide advisory validation of remediation actions
- Design and lead analyses of operational loss events (root cause, impact)
- Escalate high-impact loss events to leadership and raise stakeholder awareness
- Lead business process risk assessments and risk-based testing by operational teams
- Develop enterprise risk SME capabilities and partner with stakeholders to identify trends
- Serve as liaison between business units and risk/compliance leaders; support Board/executive materials
- Promote risk-aware culture and translate risk requirements across business and tech teams
Key requirements- 10+ years in Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs
- Strong expertise in applying advanced risk and compliance concepts to business outcomes
- Strong knowledge of AI tools such as Claude or Microsoft CoPilot Studio and Power Apps
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication across all organizational levels
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively
- Prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- GRC concepts and frameworks
- GRC tools (e.g., Archer or similar)
- AI applications in risk management (Claude, CoPilot Studio)
