Head of Product - Media OS, IQVIA Digital

In this role, you own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Media OS, IQVIA Digital's flagship healthcare marketing platform. You drive the evolution into an AI-powered audience and activation ecosystem that enables privacy-conscious, personalized campaigns at scale. You lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact, shaping product positioning around identity, data intelligence, and omnichannel orchestration. You work closely with sales, marketing, and client success to accelerate market leadership and platform adoption. • Define long-term product vision and strategy for Media OS, aligned with the mission to deliver data-driven healthcare marketing.
• Evolve Media OS into an AI-powered audience and activation platform with differentiated identity and data capabilities.
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap across planning, activation, identity, data infrastructure, and measurement.
• Lead innovation initiatives in AI-driven optimization, automated decisioning, and real-time analytics.
• Guide platform and ecosystem leadership, driving integrations with programmatic, social, and CTV channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to refine packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Champion customer success through measurable improvements in reach, engagement, and campaign efficiency.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional product teams and align stakeholders around priorities and investments.
• Represent the company as a thought leader in healthcare marketing innovation and privacy-first initiatives.

• 12+ years in product management and leadership across AdTech, MarTech, digital platforms, and data-driven SaaS
• Proven success building and scaling enterprise platforms for planning, activation, and measurement
• Expertise in programmatic ecosystems, identity resolution/identity graphs, data platforms, and omnichannel strategies
• Ability to lead large cross-functional teams and translate strategy into measurable outcomes
