Responsibilities- Lead the CMD portfolio management and PPMO to ensure investments and programs align with priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
- Establish and strengthen portfolio planning, prioritization, capacity management, resource allocation, governance, and benefits realization
- Oversee delivery of the most complex, high-impact programs including multiyear transformations
- Provide senior leaders with portfolio insights, risk transparency, and executive reporting
- Collaborate with Enterprise functions to resolve barriers, align priorities, and accelerate outcomes
- Balance strategic transformation with ongoing operations supporting customers and partners
- Lead governance processes for executive decision-making, investment oversight, and resource deployment
- Improve project and program delivery standards while maintaining agility
- Lead and develop a high-performing, future-ready PPMO team
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization
- Represent CMD in enterprise portfolio planning and governance to strengthen cross-enterprise collaboration
Key requirements- 12+ years of leadership experience in portfolio management, PMO/PPMO, strategic planning, or large-scale transformation
- Proven track record leading cross-functional portfolios with meaningful organizational, financial, or customer impact
- Deep expertise in portfolio planning, investment governance, capacity/resource management, risk management, and benefits realization
- Experience overseeing portfolios combining transformation initiatives with essential business operations
- Ability to translate strategy into executable priorities, roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes
- Strong financial acumen and experience evaluating investments and resource use
- Executive-level communication and influence skills across business and technology
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams through transformation and change
