Overview As a Technology Transactions Associate at MoFo, you support complex IP and tech deals across software, AI, cloud, and related fields. You will draft and negotiate licenses, development, and professional services agreements, and assist on M&A and equity financings to protect client interests. You work within a collaborative team that guides leading technology companies through strategic transactions. Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate licenses of software, technology and content
- Draft and negotiate software and technology development agreements
- Draft and negotiate professional services agreements
- Handle manufacturing, collaboration, and supply/distribution agreements
- Support e-commerce, media, and entertainment transactions
- Assist on M&A and equity financing transactions, including due diligence
- Due diligence of contracts and IP matters
Key requirements- 3-6 years of experience in intellectual property and technology transactions
- Strong knowledge of IP law with drafting and negotiation experience
- Ability to communicate complex matters clearly in oral and written form
- Strong work ethic and leadership abilities
- Bar membership in California preferred (or other state bar)
