Senior Healthcare Coding Compliance Auditor

In this role, you will audit ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers to verify documentation and ensure medical necessity. You will support Revenue Cycle teams by upholding compliant coding practices and maintaining robust audit records. You'll balance accuracy with policy adherence while collaborating across teams to improve coding quality. This position offers a chance to shape coding governance within a large-scale healthcare initiative at Amazon. You will contribute to reducing documentation gaps and strengthen compliance across payer interactions.

• Audit ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and modifiers for accuracy and compliance
• Verify documentation supports coding decisions and medical necessity
• Maintain detailed and auditable records of audits
• Support Revenue Cycle teams with compliant coding practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve coding quality

• 3+ years in coding/auditing for Medicare/Commercial payers
• CPC/CCS/CPMA/CRC certifications
