Overview As Program Manager for AFCAP VI, you lead a global, multi-location program serving as the primary client interface and driving performance across engineering, force support, construction, services, and commodities. You shape plans, metrics, risk actions, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate dispersed teams and subcontractors to deliver rapid, contingencies-focused solutions. This role offers impact through mission support, government engagement, and program excellence.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management for multiple government task orders across dispersed locations
- Serve as primary interface with government customers and SOSi leadership
- Lead execution across Engineering, Force Support, Construction, Services, and Commodities
- Apply knowledge of appropriations, funding, and acquisition processes
- Oversee financial performance, staffing, schedules, deliverables, and contractual commitments
- Develop and execute program plans, metrics, risk management, and corrective actions
- Identify and resolve issues while proactively managing risks and priorities
- Coordinate dispersed teams, subcontractors, vendors, and functional organizations
- Maintain relationships with government stakeholders and customer representatives
- Prepare and deliver status updates, performance reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, security, quality, and operational requirements
- Support contract transitions, modifications, proposals, and business development as needed
- Promote accountability, collaboration, customer service, and mission success
Key requirements- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Five years of program management experience within last seven years
- Expertise in government appropriations, Air Force mission support functions (engineering and force support), construction, services, and commodities, and government acquisitions
- Experience managing multiple task orders >$2M each across dispersed locations or equivalent deployment
