Overview As a Cost Productivity Specialist, you will drive enterprise transformation through rigorous governance, forecasting, and analytics. You'll collaborate with FP&A, Controllership, HR, External Reporting, and PMO to ensure accurate transformation costs, savings, and balance sheet activity. You'll lead key financial governance, consolidate inputs across close and planning cycles, and model cost and cash impacts. This on-site role in Maplewood, MN offers the chance to influence senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights grounded in a global transformation program.
Responsibilities- Lead governance activities for transformation financials and prepare quarterly balance sheet materials
- Coordinate with external reporting to document restructuring results in published financials
- Consolidate transformation inputs across monthly close, forecast, and planning cycles
- Ensure accurate internal and external reporting of transformation results and communicate updates to leadership
- Collaborate with PMO and cross-functional teams to validate estimates and guide standard transformation assumptions
- Align with Controllership, HR, FP&A, External Reporting, and PMO on expected financial impacts and tracking
- Lead short- and long-term financial modeling for transformation initiatives (costs, savings, cash flow, stranded costs)
- Own the central stranded cost model and perform ad-hoc FP&A analyses
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (minimum)
- Seven (7) years of Finance or Accounting experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence within an organization
- Strong communication skills and ability to prepare leadership-ready materials
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
