Senior Electrical Power System Engineer

In this Senior Electrical Power System Engineer role, you own critical control system functions within a global, multi-disciplinary team. You will guide a small engineering group, ensure quality and standards, and support full lifecycle development. The position offers hybrid work, up to 10% travel, and opportunities to impact flagship programs through technical leadership and collaboration. You will mentor juniors and contribute to knowledge exchange across teams, shaping safe and reliable power systems.

• Define electrical system projects: capture requirements, prepare proposals, secure stakeholder approval, and align partner support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold high standards of technical capability and teamwork
• Ensure designs comply with safety, regulatory, and industry standards
• Support commissioning and resolve technical issues during delivery
• Provide guidance, training, and documentation; review engineering work products for quality and completeness
• Develop and communicate complex technical ideas clearly
• Define and disseminate policies, standards, and best practices; share lessons learned
• Lead best-practice sharing and act as an authority for defined subjects, with concise decision justification

• Bachelor in Electrical, Electronic, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2+ years of electrical engineering experience, OR
• Master or PhD in related engineering disciplines
