Overview In this role you help fuel Goodwin's global growth by leading the end-to-end recruitment of senior technical roles. You work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and leaders to translate workforce needs into proactive recruiting strategies. You'll build pipelines for highly technical disciplines and guide decisions with data and market insights. You'll operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment aimed at delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience. Responsibilities- Own the full lifecycle of technical requisitions from intake to offer and start date
- Recruit across Software, Data, Systems, and Desktop Engineering, plus other hard-to-fill technical roles
- Provide talent-market insights and competitive intelligence to influence hiring decisions
- Develop deep understandings of team objectives and technical needs with hiring managers
- Design creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, networks, social media, referrals, and market research
- Conduct talent market research to identify emerging skill sets and leading firms
- Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing practices, market conditions, and selection decisions
- Use recruiting data to prioritize requisitions, measure efficiency, and communicate progress to teams
- Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and talent mapping
- Coordinate with HR for smooth transitions from offer to start date
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting programs and talent strategies
Key requirements- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical recruiting fluency and credibility with hiring managers
- Proven success closing highly sought-after candidates in competitive settings
- Experience with direct sourcing and engaging passive talent via Boolean search and networks
- Data-driven mindset using funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills at multiple levels
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday Recruiting is a plus
- High ownership, judgment, resilience, and urgency in delivering outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences
