Overview In this role you support the day-to-day administration and execution of property policies to ensure well-managed, well-maintained assets. You work closely with the Property Manager to enhance tenant satisfaction and property value in line with the owner's objectives. You will handle tenant interactions, coordinate maintenance, and assist in budgeting and strategic planning to sustain property performance. This is a hands-on position that combines administration, tenant relations, and financial oversight within a professional, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities- Coordinate maintenance programs for interior and exterior property conditions
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and manage ongoing contact programs
- Assist in vendor selection, negotiations, and monitoring service agreements
- Participate in development and administration of strategic property plans and budgets
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on property management objectives
- Administer tenant leases for compliance and timely escalations
- Assist in rent collection, accounts receivable, and timely financial record-keeping
- Handle work orders and day-to-day property administration
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years property/facilities management experience
- Experience in business/office administration
- Ability to act as property manager in their absence
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software
- A valid real estate license is required where work is performed
