Responsibilities- Support process optimization and continuous improvement projects
- Provide technical troubleshooting and production support
- Develop and maintain operating procedures and process documentation
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
- Assist with employee training and process change implementation
- Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and operational improvements
- Promote a safe and compliant working environment
- Collaborate across multiple departments to achieve plant objectives
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP tools, Project management and team communication tools, systems
- Experience in an ISO 9001/AS quality environment and understanding of quality systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing, internship, or co-op experience preferred
- Experience with quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
