Responsibilities- Evaluate full-chip and block-level HBM/DRAM designs for functional correctness and performance
- Develop verification plans from functional specs with architects and design teams
- Create, enhance, and maintain verification environments, testbenches, test vectors, and regressions
- Increase functional coverage across DRAM architectures and features using verification tools
- Debug design issues, perform root cause analysis, track bugs, drive coverage closure
- Apply mixed signal and digital verification techniques using standard simulation tools
- Collaborate with global design, verification, and product engineering teams for project execution
- Lead verification efforts on assigned projects and mentor verification engineers
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 7+ years of experience
- Solid understanding of CMOS circuit design fundamentals
- Experience with mixed signal and digital verification methodologies
- Proficiency in SystemVerilog (or equivalent), including assertions (SVA)
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem solving abilities with good technical communication
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience owning/leading projects
