Overview In this role you lead the strategy and delivery of engineering IT systems to enable a Model Based Enterprise. You partner with Engineering leadership to standardize tools and data flows across PLM, CAD, and simulation, driving adoption of modern digital workflows. You ensure reliable IT services and manage large-scale platform initiatives that connect product lifecycle data. You'll guide cross-functional teams through change and digital transformation, delivering measurable value for engineering and manufacturing.

Responsibilities- Lead platform strategy and development for engineering IT systems (PLM, CAD, Simulation) and align tool direction with Engineering leadership
- Drive standard tool usage and data reuse across the enterprise; establish roadmaps for MBE, MBD, Manufacturing Process Planning
- Implement system improvements that support engineering and business goals; ensure resourcing and communication
- Develop and evolve team capabilities in line with strategic goals; partner with leadership
- Monitor and optimize system performance; ensure high availability and secure operations of engineering software and simulations
- Oversee deployment, integration, and maintenance of engineering tools; manage vendor compliance, entitlements, and audits
- Facilitate requirements gathering; create detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
- Lead large-scale implementations (new modules, upgrades, integrations) across enterprise systems
- Act as primary vendor liaison; manage contracts, SLAs, and cross-functional IT collaborations
- Guide change management with empathy and clear communication to maximize user adoption

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
- Project management experience; 7+ years IT/engineering system management; 3+ years leadership preferred
