Overview In this role you will guide decision science work as a contributor while supporting the Decision Science Manager. You'll apply an interdisciplinary mix of business, statistics, and technology to produce actionable analytics for the Line of Business. You will mentor analysts, drive high-impact projects, and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business improvements. This position centers on data-driven decision making to optimize revenue and efficiency within banking domains.

Responsibilities- Mentor Decision Scientists and amplify impact across multiple business models
- Lead data-driven initiatives independently using quantitative methods including machine learning to optimize business outcomes
- Foster communication with LOB leaders and senior managers, building trust and delivering on goals
- Pursue outcomes focused on increased revenue and efficiency through analytics-driven decisions
- Champion the use of tools to deliver timely, accurate, repeatable solutions
- Apply sound judgment and risk management while maintaining client-centric design, development, and deployment practices
- Represent the business group in forums and drive alignment with partner analytics teams
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and 7+ years in Banking, Finance, Decision/Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or Engineering
- 4+ years of analytics project management with diverse project focus and proven results
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support partners with enhanced insights
- Proven ability to engage diverse internal partners and connect insights to execution and impact
- Strategic thinker with bias to action and focus on quantifiable business impact
- Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a collaborative environment
- Strong competency in statistical and analytical principles and tools; champion emerging techniques
- Understanding of IBM DB2, Oracle databases; programming skills (SAS, SQL, Toad); experience with R, Python, SAS E-Miner; familiarity with Tableau, MicroStrategy; proficiency in Microsoft Office
