Overview In this role you cultivate and manage client relationships within Global Corporate Trust & Custody, focusing on CRE securitization products. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard clients, interpret complex legal documents, and deliver timely investor reporting and risk-aware service. You'll work in a specialized CRE-finance niche, supporting growth in CMBS and CRE CLO markets. This is an opportunity to shape client outcomes and contribute to a scalable, compliant trust administration function from Day One.

Responsibilities- Interact with CRE stakeholders and industry participants to support client engagements
- Collaborate with Business Development Officers on new business opportunities
- Onboard new client relationships and products following account acceptance policies
- Interpret complex legal documents to ensure transaction compliance
- Gain working knowledge of GCTC systems (PIVOT, iManage, CDO Suite)
- Prepare and review payment waterfall calculations and distribute investor funds
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly investor reporting
- Analyze asset portfolios, perform cash reconciliations and compliance testing
- Provide client-centric service, anticipate needs, and resolve issues
- Identify operational risks and propose mitigation ideas
- Possibly manage, hire, and/or train staff to meet objectives
- Maintain cross-functional communication across reporting and compliance functions
- Assist in preparing reporting for Corporate Risk
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight to ten years of relevant experience in trust administration, relationship management, CRE CLO/CMBS financial reporting, accounting, or financial analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration across functions
- Quality problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus and responsiveness
- Knowledge of CRE CLO/CMBS securitizations
- Experience with CRE finance and mortgage fundamentals
- Working knowledge of legal and regulatory rules
