Overview In this role, you develop new prospects and strengthen relationships to grow Lennox's parts and supplies business. You will manage product selections with customers, guide aftermarket sales, and coach sales reps to improve performance. Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new prospects to grow parts & supplies sales and gross profit
- Assist customers in product selection based on requirements and regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and provide aftermarket sales training locally
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements
- Ensure high post-sales satisfaction and foster repeat business
- Coach and mentor sales reps on HVAC aftermarket sales
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least five years of related experience
- Strong relationship-building, listening, persuasion, negotiation, and time management skills
- Knowledge of selling principles and marketing strategies for products/services
- Customer service principles and satisfaction evaluation
- Effective written and verbal communication
