Overview In this role you support the planning, execution, and stewardship of client media needs within Publicis Groupe. You will work with the Media Supervisor/Director to craft recommendations, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables that strengthen client relationships. You'll engage across offline and digital media, leveraging agency resources to inform strategies and drive results. This position offers exposure to cross-market best practices and a path toward leadership in media initiatives.

Responsibilities- Demonstrate understanding of media fundamentals across offline and digital channels
- Support media planning and billing processes for clients
- Leverage research and agency tools to inform recommendations
- Serve as a primary contact for day-to-day client requests (Associate Brand Manager level)
- Maintain timely internal and external project communication
- Share best practices and case studies with local teams
- Articulate the company mission and embody agency values
- Participate in performance reviews and goal-setting processes
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of a client's business and historical context
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support media budgeting and billing
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of media or communications planning experience (preferred)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn about emerging trends in media
- Collaborative mindset and teamwork orientation
- Leadership potential for future supervisory roles
- Ability to participate in and lead virtual meetings
