Responsibilities- Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients with $20-50 million in annual revenue, delivering financial solutions to meet current and future needs
- Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting
- Interpret financial statements and cash flow to assess company health and industry trends
- Collaborate with Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, and Product Specialists to design and deliver solutions in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services
- Lead dialogues with clients on industry context, capital structures, and business issues
- Coach and mentor peers, applying leadership skills
- Adapt to changes in sales practices and market conditions
Key requirements- Five+ years in commercial lending, business development, commercial credit, and portfolio management in business banking or middle-market
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients with $20-50 million in annual revenue
- Proven track record in sales, prospecting, and strengthening relationships
