Responsibilities- Lead installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical equipment up to 13.8 kV
- Diagnose electrical and control-system issues and coordinate tests with other disciplines
- Support production and maintenance with engineering-based improvements
- Serve as SME for design reviews and facility modifications
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, drives, motors, and control systems
- Develop or improve control strategies for process improvements and upgrades
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate solutions and technologies
- Lead preventive maintenance programs and support RC(M) practices
- Manage asset condition-monitoring programs and predictive maintenance procedures
- Participate in cross-functional process and equipment improvements
- Provide technical input for capital investments, shutdowns, and replacements
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of two years of industrial electrical engineering, automation, reliability, or manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of industrial automation and control systems (PLC, HMIs, VFDs, motor controls)
- Experience with low- and medium-voltage distribution equipment (switchgear, MCCs, panelboards)
- Ability to read electrical/control/ fluid schematics; CAD/AutoCAD beneficial
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
