Overview In this role you support the Hardware team by managing large-scale updates and supplier changes across multiple systems. You enable accurate pricing, part records, and vendor data through ERP and PLM tools, while coordinating with internal and supplier teams to drive timely approvals. You will handle daily requests, issue resolution, and project-based changes to maintain data integrity and procurement workflows. This is a hands-on role with cross-functional impact and exposure to key procurement processes.
Responsibilities- Perform mass part-number updates and manage related FIT/GBPA activities using mass upload tools and SFD.
- Verify and process PO and ASL flow in Oracle to ensure data integrity for procurement.
- Review and resolve 50-100+ outfiles monthly to address price discrepancies and supplier invoicing issues.
- Respond to daily hardware team requests (pull Windchill prints, share PO PDFs, fix BPA records, resolve stuck records).
- Coordinate VPCR and SCR activities with sourcing team to align with project needs.
- Support GSAR updates (2-5 per month) for payment changes or new supplier sites, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Track project progress and document completion of related updates and changes.
- Maintain awareness of systems interfaces and ensure timely resolution of system or supplier-related issues.
