Responsibilities- Lead sourcing and procurement of construction services, contractor labor, and materials with RFx and bid evaluations
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for TAR activities aligned to business priorities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value and minimize risk
- Monitor supplier performance on safety, quality, cost, and delivery; resolve issues and maintain relationships
- Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, finance, legal, project teams) to support planning and execution
- Identify cost savings via competitive bidding, value engineering, and total cost of ownership analysis
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while managing risks
- Leverage market intelligence, benchmarking, and data analytics to drive continuous improvement
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in procurement with at least 3 years supporting construction, facilities, maintenance, or capital projects
- Experience sourcing contractors, engineering services, or EPC
- Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial terms
- Preferred: experience in manufacturing/chemical industry, capital projects, knowledge of indemnity and change orders, CPSM/CIPS
