Overview As a Distinguished Technical Program Manager, you will shape the operational strategy for Marketplace Engineering and partner with engineering executives to raise reliability, productivity, and maturity across thousands of engineers. You will lead large-scale engineering initiatives that modernize how Marketplace builds, deploys, and operates software. This role blends strategy, deep technical insight, and influence to drive cross-functional programs. You'll measure impact with operational intelligence and push for ongoing improvements at scale. Responsibilities- Define and lead Marketplace-wide strategies for reliability, operational excellence, and engineering maturity
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to drive cross-organizational initiatives spanning availability, observability, incident management, productivity, and AI
- Establish engineering standards, operating mechanisms, and metrics to standardize practices across Marketplace
- Drive execution of complex multi-organization programs while guiding technical direction
- Measure outcomes using operational intelligence and continuously improve engineering performance at scale
Key requirements- Experience leading large-scale technical programs across multiple engineering organizations
