Overview As Director, HRBP, you will translate business priorities into people strategies to strengthen organizational effectiveness and leadership performance. You'll act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, using workforce insights to anticipate needs, guide talent decisions and mitigate risk. You will partner across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions and lead high-impact HR initiatives that support growth and employee engagement.

Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership, aligning people strategies with business priorities and objectives
- Build trusted partnerships with leaders using business insight and workforce data to address opportunities and risks
- Advise and coach on complex employee relations matters with objective investigations and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to shape total rewards, talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, leave management and performance management
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, staffing strategies, and headcount governance
- Monitor employment law, regulatory requirements and HR best practices to ensure compliance and proactive issue resolution
- Identify emerging HR trends and translate insights into practical recommendations for leader effectiveness and business outcomes
- Lead or support HR and business projects as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience including strategic partnership, employee relations, talent management and leadership advisory
- SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
