Overview In this role, you will lead Walmart's Supply Chain Technology Operations, shaping the strategy and execution for mission-critical platforms across fulfillment, transportation, and distribution. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive reliability, scalability, and modernization while leveraging AI and automation to boost efficiency and issue detection. You'll build and guide high-performing teams and translate technology investments into measurable business value within one of the world's largest supply chains.

Responsibilities- Define and execute the Supply Chain Technology Operations strategy ensuring highly available and scalable platforms for fulfillment and transportation
- Drive AI and automation initiatives to boost operational efficiency and proactive issue resolution
- Lead operational excellence programs to reduce incidents and improve service performance across platforms
- Partner with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Transportation, Product, Engineering, and Data & AI teams to accelerate innovation
- Build world-class teams and operational capabilities to support Walmart's growth and transformation
- Optimize technology investments to improve speed, cost efficiency, associate productivity, and customer experience
Key requirements- Extensive experience leading large-scale technology operations in supply chain, logistics, retail, or other complex environments
- Proven track record of improving platform reliability, operational performance, and service delivery
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to drive productivity and decision-making
- Strong ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams
