Overview In this role you will design and oversee training systems at a manufacturing site to boost employee capability and safety. You will partner with site leadership, HR, and operations to strengthen onboarding, qualification processes, and continuous development, applying Principle Based Management. You'll drive training that aligns with business priorities, enable safer and more reliable operations, and support capital projects. This is a hands-on leadership position with a clear impact on performance and people development.

Responsibilities- Lead hourly technical training, onboarding, and qualification programs to accelerate competency and safe operations
- Develop, update, and standardize training content and curricula aligned with site needs and PBM expectations
- Support capital projects by creating training and change management plans for new equipment and processes
- Coach and develop Area L&D Leaders, training coordinators, and hourly trainers to improve safety, capability, and productivity
- Identify training gaps with site leadership and prioritize high-value initiatives
- Build relationships with employees and leaders to provide feedback and development support
- Review training effectiveness and share best practices across L&D to stay aligned with opportunities and priorities
Key requirements- Experience delivering or leading technical/operational/manufacturing training
- Experience coaching, mentoring, facilitating training, or developing employees in manufacturing/ops
- Experience leading teams, projects, or training programs in manufacturing/industrial environments
- Ability to partner with operations, HR, site leadership, and trainers to implement solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
