Responsibilities- Manage budgeting, planning and forecasting, financial and regulatory reporting, internal controls and risk management
- Ensure policies, procedures, internal controls and segregation of duties support effective program implementation and audits
- Provide leadership and direction through managers, supervisors and/or individual contributors
- Be accountable for the performance and results of a function/sub-function, division/region
- Execute business plans and contribute to the development of business strategy
- Apply broad industry knowledge and business acumen to drive financial performance
- Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems with advanced critical thinking
- Persuade and negotiate with senior leaders across the business
- Lead through subordinate managers and contribute to long-term functional/operational strategy and annual plans
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
