Program Control Financial Analyst

In this role you will provide on-site program control support for the CCN2 portfolio, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and travel management. You will work with cross-functional teams to forecast, monitor funding, and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. You will deliver internal reporting and variance analysis, helping leadership make informed decisions. This hybrid position lets you influence critical defense programs while growing your financial and program management expertise. You will partner with government and Odysseys teams to enable timely funding, reporting, and successful contract execution.

• Financial planning and analysis of project data and schedules; forecast and adjust budgets to stay within contract limits
• Provide internal forecasting and reporting to Program Control and leadership; build materials for leadership reviews
• Manage travel funding and expense processes; coordinate with government, Odyssey, and subcontractors for timely approvals and invoicing
• Monitor funding health and communicate funding needs to ensure continuity of operations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and government procurement regulations; support meetings with various departments
• Support operational and financial analysis for program execution and system tools (TWES A&A, JOCAS)

• U.S. citizen
• Secret security clearance
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business; 5+ years in FP&A, financial management, or cost analysis
• DoD Acquisition experience (preferred)
• DELTEK Costpoint and Cognos reporting experience (preferred)
• Advanced Excel; data aggregation and complex formulas
• Experience with JOCAS and TWES A&A Tool
• Strong communication across levels and good prioritization
