Overview As Director of Engineering at ENFRA, you will lead both the design and commissioning teams to deliver client-focused engineering projects. You will shape project execution, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain key client and vendor relationships to support growth. Responsibilities- Direct and mentor design and commissioning teams to meet client requirements and schedules
- Approve process specifications and commissioning/design standards; review designs for accuracy and compliance
- Delegate projects among staff based on expertise and project needs
- Maintain and grow client and vendor relationships to support project delivery and new business
- Prospect and contribute to new business opportunities based on successful project delivery
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or Engineering Technology / Construction Management as an acceptable alternative)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager; or 15 years as a Project Manager for the company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
- Professional Engineering License
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead presentations for marketing and business development
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Industry knowledge and competitive landscape awareness
