Overview In this role you will design and build AI-native systems that transform sales workflows at scale. You will work with cross-functional teams to create production-ready features that enable faster insights and smarter decisions across Microsoft's sales ecosystem. You'll prototype quickly, iterate on solutions, and ensure secure, compliant AI at production scale. This position sits in the SPAI organization, driving AI-first experiences that accelerate commercial growth.
Responsibilities- Understand end-to-end business processes and data flows in the Microsoft sales ecosystem to identify opportunities for automation and agent-based experiences.
- Rapidly prototype and deliver proofs-of-concept, iterating with an experimentation-driven approach.
- Design, build, and ship scalable, production-quality features and intelligent services.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate systems, data, and signals into cohesive AI-powered workflows.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability and performance using telemetry and diagnostics.
- Build secure, compliant, and responsible AI solutions ready for production scale.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and engineering excellence.
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
