Overview As Corporate Counsel, you support Sika's US operations by handling diverse corporate law matters in a fast-paced environment. You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, advise on contracts, warranties, and product literature, and manage litigation with cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with Procurement, Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance, and HR to align legal risk with business strategy. This role offers the chance to influence how Sika scales its US businesses while deepening product and policy understanding. A key hook is enabling sustainable growth through sound governance and practical legal support across the organization.

Responsibilities- Handle corporate law matters including contracts, warranties, product literature, and litigation
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements (supply, packaging, equipment, private label, manufacturing, lease, real estate, service, license, IT, warranty, confidentiality)
- Maintain productive relationships with Procurement, Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance, and HR
- Provide legal support and training to Sika employees across US operations
- Travel regularly to Sika businesses in the United States to support operations and training
Key requirements- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
- 2-5 years experience in Corporate, Commercial, and Product Liability Law (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Corporate Finance/Accounting (preferred)
