Overview As Division IPT Lead you drive technical and program execution across the full product lifecycle for Moog's Military Aircraft Group. You'll align engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and program management to deliver on cost, schedule, and customer commitments. You'll influence cross-functional teams, manage risks, and support both development and sustainment programs. This is a high-visibility role with impact on mission-critical military aircraft programs and customer success. You will shape program execution and strategy within a collaborative, One Moog Team culture.

Responsibilities- Provide IPT leadership across development, production, and sustainment programs
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery to meet technical, schedule, and budget commitments
- Drive alignment among Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management
- Lead resolution of complex technical, production, and field-performance challenges
- Identify and manage program risks, assumptions, and changes throughout the lifecycle
- Support successful NPI efforts and transitions to production
- Apply program execution disciplines (EVM, critical path, forecasting, risk management)
- Lead technical planning and performance activities, including variance analysis and recovery planning
- Serve as primary technical interface with customers and maintain trusted relationships
- Promote a One Moog Team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Influence technology, product, and business strategies aligned with customer and market needs
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, or Software Engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years in aerospace, defense, or related industry
- 5+ years supporting complex product development programs
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams via influence
- Experience driving cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and supply chain
- Strong systems development, production environment, and lifecycle program management knowledge
- Experience with earned value management, critical path analysis, forecasting, risk and change management
- Ability to make sound decisions and deliver results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
