Responsibilities- Direct and execute geotechnical project assignments (field exploration, laboratory services, engineering analysis, report preparation and technical review)
- Provide quality control review of proposals and reports and manage operations to meet client commitments
- Engage in business development and marketing efforts and maintain client relationships on technical aspects
- Mentor and train senior and junior staff professionals
- Participate in relationship building with professional and technical organizations
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
- 3+ years of progressive Geotechnical Engineering experience with active project management experience
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of Geotechnical Engineering and related disciplines with a focus on practical client solutions
- Travel up to 15%
