Overview As Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting, you will research and apply US GAAP/SEC requirements, support new standards implementation, and help prepare SEC filings and investor materials. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze complex deals, document accounting positions, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role sits within a forward-looking Finance organization focused on growth and continuous improvement. You will contribute to the global accounting policies and disclosures that shape investor communications and external reporting.

Responsibilities- Research and document US GAAP/SEC guidance for complex accounting issues
- Review material revenue contracts for ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Prepare and file Form 10-Q and Form 10-K; develop consolidated statements and footnotes
- Collaborate with Investor Relations to ensure accurate public-facing materials
- Prepare monthly internal reporting packages (income statement, balance sheet, cash flows, EPS, CECL)
- Work with cross-functional teams across Investor Relations, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, Sales, and Corporate Accounting
- Assist with purchase accounting for business combinations (ASC 805)
- Monitor FASB projects and SEC rules; inform finance leadership
- Update global finance policy manuals and procedures
- Support external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audit
- Maintain internal controls documentation and positions preparation
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field + 3+ years of public/industry accounting experience
- Active CPA license
- Proficient knowledge of US GAAP (emphasis on ASC 606) and SEC requirements
- Proficient in Excel; strong MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with stakeholders
