Overview In this role, you will support a busy Dispute Resolution Practice Group across securities litigation, SEC enforcement, class actions, product liability, and complex commercial matters. You work closely with a large firm, contributing to pleadings, discovery, and motion practice while preparing for depositions. The position offers exposure to high-stakes litigation in a global firm culture and a Texas Bar admission is required. This is a hybrid Dallas/Houston opportunity with a focus on impactful, cross-border enforcement and commercial disputes.

Responsibilities- Draft pleadings and court filings
- Conduct discovery and briefing of motions
- Prepare for depositions
- Support securities litigation, SEC enforcement, class actions, product liability, and complex commercial litigation
- Argue motions; take and defend depositions in a large law firm setting
Key requirements- 2-4 years of experience in dispute resolution or related practice
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills
- Experience with drafting pleadings, discovery, briefing motions, and depositions
- Large law firm experience preferred; deposition practice and motion argument experience valued
- Texas Bar admission in good standing
- Former clerkship with federal district court or circuit court judge a plus
