Responsibilities- Inspect, analyze, and determine root causes of materials/structural/building envelope performance failures
- Supervise analytical and problem-solving tasks across projects
- Lead field investigations and diagnostic surveys
- Prepare and present technical reports and complex engineering assessments
- Pursue ongoing professional development to maintain expertise
- Provide expert testimony where appropriate
Key requirements- MS or PhD in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Ability to obtain Licensure as a Professional Engineer in California
- Minimum 7 years of post-graduate technical engineering and project management experience
- Experience drafting and reviewing analyses, reports, and presentations
