Overview You drive transformation in finance through Oracle Cloud. As part of a large Oracle practice, you collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design and deliver Record to Report solutions. You will lead workshops, configure Financial Accounting Hub, and guide clients through robust, integrated designs. This role combines advisory insight with hands-on configuration and delivery, helping clients transform finance processes at scale. Responsibilities- Participate in design workshops with business stakeholders to understand R2R requirements and propose robust designs
- Assist clients in understanding and applying leading R2R processes with Financial Accounting Hub
- Identify strategies and risks; propose approaches to meet client needs
- Present design options using prototypes
- Collaborate with project team and client stakeholders to deliver an Oracle Cloud-based R2R solution
- Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to implement Oracle Financial Accounting Hub in an integrated environment
- Plan tasks, monitor progress, and report deliverables
- Earn client and team trust to ensure successful project delivery
- Support business development and sales efforts; stay current with Oracle features and industry trends
- Travel may be required (0-100%) depending on business needs
Key requirements- Minimum 3 years in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (GL and FAH)
- Minimum 2 years end-to-end R2R process experience and FAH configurations
- Minimum 1 year in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation
- Minimum 1 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud FIN implementation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 12+ years experience); if Associate degree, 6+ years experience
