Manager Global Payroll & Mobility Tax

In this role you will establish a centralized global payroll approach that works across borders, projects and tax systems. You bring together payroll, mobility tax and social security in a single, reliable framework to support employees on international assignments. You ensure payroll is accurate, compliant and timely while delivering better insights and smarter ways of working. You collaborate with colleagues across Van Oord to build the future of our global payroll services.
