Overview In this role you own hardware from design release through build, test, and delivery, ensuring execution readiness and quality across subassemblies and systems. You will define repeatable build flows, enable fast first builds, and support scalable ramp to higher production rates. You'll provide hands-on floor support, resolve issues in real time, and drive continuous improvement across hardware and processes. Expect close collaboration with design, supply chain, production, and test teams to align part readiness and handoffs. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape the Terran R manufacturing flow and the factory systems that scale with production.
