PRODUCT ENGINEER II

In this role you will design and launch electric pumps and modules for on-road and off-road OE customers. You'll translate customer specs into feasible component requirements and drive design from concept to production. You will interface with customers as the primary technical contact, track timing, and contribute to DFMEA and DVPR activities. This position offers a hands-on, cross-functional environment focused on reliable, manufacturable product delivery that supports our automotive client programs.

• Design, develop, validate, and launch electric pumps, modules, and delivery systems for OE customers
• Interpret specifications to determine feasibility and define component-level requirements
• Prepare engineering BOMs and print packages for quoting
• Incorporate DFA and DFM principles in product design
• Interface with customers as the primary technical contact
• Lead product design activities from concept through launch
• Track program/project timing to meet deliverables
• Create DFMEA and execute DVPR
• Participate in internal, supplier, and customer reviews/events
• Recommend design modifications to prevent malfunctions
• Prepare product reports by analyzing information and trends
• Collaborate with purchasing to manage prototype and production component suppliers
