Overview Senior, dual-mandate leader uniting product strategy and solution architecture for CenterWell's Pharmacy, Primary Care Organization, Home Solutions, and Humana Military. You own cross-segment roadmaps and govern architectural blueprints, aligning business vision with technical delivery. You'll influence what gets built across segments, driving interoperable health solutions for members, providers, and partners. Responsibilities- Define and own a unified cross-segment product roadmap balancing segment priorities with shared platform investments
- Establish and maintain reference architectures, design patterns, and integration standards across all four segments
- Conduct cross-segment discovery, design workshops, and architecture reviews to surface shared needs and resolve priorities
- Own and prioritize top-level backlogs for shared platforms with delivery-ready user stories and acceptance criteria
- Define integration contracts, API standards, and domain data boundaries for cross-segment data flows
- Lead architecture checkpoints and risk reviews; represent product and architecture in governance forums (ARB, TRB, MOR)
- Translate product vision into architectural runways and delivery-ready specifications for engineering teams
- Identify opportunities for component and pattern reuse and advocate platform consolidation
- Serve as primary liaison between segment business leaders, engineering, EA Activation, security, and enterprise CIO organization
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years IT experience in product management and/or solution architecture
- 5+ years in healthcare IT with HIPAA/PHI and HITECH exposure
- Proven record of owning cross-functional backlogs and roadmaps across multiple business lines
- Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure API Management, Event Hub, Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, AKS, Azure AD/Entra ID) and knowledge of Snowflake or Databricks
- Strong API design, governance, event-driven architecture, and microservices; familiarity with FHIR R4 and HL7 in healthcare contexts
- Ability to produce ADRs, reference architectures, and solution blueprints for multi-team delivery
- Experience translating governance outputs (ARB, TRB, MOR) into actionable delivery plans
- Proficiency in agile and SAFe delivery: backlog management, PI planning, iteration ceremonies, dependency management
- Executive-level communication skills to present trade-offs to senior/C-suite audiences
